Born in Barcelona (Catalonia) on February 8, 1998, Miquel Gelabert is one of the rising stars in the Trial competition. He reached the highest level of the TrialGP World Championship in 2015, and this year he will be the rider for Honda’s new electric motorcycle project in the Trial2 category.
The Barcelona rider was crowned European Champion in 2016 and was the runner-up in the TR2 category in 2015. Among his sporting achievements is an indoor trial at the 2018 Trial of the Nations alongside Montesa rider Toni Bou.
The 27-year-old Spaniard finished seventh in the TrialGP Championship last season, and his goal for 2025 is to fight for the Trial2 title with Honda’s new electric motorcycle project.
